Jeff began his career as a process control engineering technologist having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Computer Science from Wilmington College and an Associate degree in Robotics and Machine Technology from Southern Ohio College. After serving 5 years in the Navy as an Aviation Electrician, Jeff joined the Department of Energy and became a process control engineering technologist at the Fernald Feed Materials facility, a nuclear weapons processing plant. Along with process control instrument asset management and calibration, Jeff was responsible for Site Communications including Fernald's own Fire Department site and county mutual aid communications.
After 8 years of service with the Department of Energy and two college degrees, facing the prospect of the Fernald plant closing, Jeff left to join the pharmaceutical industry and spent another 8 years perfecting his process control and machine technology experience. He also started several entrepreneurial ventures including businesses involved in small business services and real estate ventures, now all under one business entity called Aletheia Management LLC with some 20 plus years experience helping other business owners succeed. In 2001 Jeff created 800wefund as a dedicated commercial finance and small business funding branch of Aletheia Management. Since its inception it has assisted 100's of small businesses, entrepreneurs and investors acquire the capital necessary to start, grow and expand their dreams. |
